Pricing Policy

Our pricing policy reflects our approach towards business you need to know what your bills are No Hidden Extras

1. All our charges are straightforward and transparent
2. We charge a simple day rate which covers our basic services which    are part and parcel of a professional telephone answering service – No chargeable extras NO minute billing just a flat rate.
3. We only bill you if we take messages for you – not for calls received – no more cold calls being received by you
4.  We have a built in discount structure
5. Charges for non standard services are always agreed in advance
6. No set-up or configuration fees
7. Our contracts run on a rolling monthly contract, with one months notice of termination

Costs & Services Explained

All operational charges are invoiced monthly in arrears
The monthly “Day Rate Charge”  starts at £6.50 per day and includes everything listed below:
1. End of day summary report
2. Use of personalised out of hours voicemail
3. instant change to your instruction available to your virtual assistant on screen, changes to where we send messages to or daily reports to suit you and you movements whether its for an hour a day a week a month or forever
4. Calling in to the virtual assistant is free for whatever reason
5. No charges for however long we are on a call, for sms (texting) or emailing you however many times in a day
6. Messages relayed to multiple destinations, by the same or different methods immediately or at specified times
7. Additional Summary Reports to be sent at the same or different times by what ever method you specify except post – postage option charges agreed in advanced
8. Emergency escalation procedures to deal with anticipated emergency
9. Taking order
10. Appointment Booking
11. Keeping diaries
12. No Charge for relaying messages

No Action Required Calls (NAR)

Definition of NAR call: a brief call, which requires no action by Message Takers. It may be an unsolicited sales call or an unimportant call from a friend who “will catch you later.”

Call Forwarding (call-patching)
The following charge is in addition to the cost per message relayed:
Patch call £1.00 per call  to land lines however long you are on the phone you do not need to be worrying about how much a call is costing you whilst you are doing business
Patch call to mobile in UK: £1.50p. NO further charge

Virtual Assistant Call Out

Your VA will be happy to make phone calls out on your behalf. The cost of a VA Call Out to a UK landline, with a message sent to client after completion, is usually £1.00
Office Services
we undertake a vast range of additional office services, usually tailored to your requirements. Charges for these non-standard services are always agreed in advance. Examples include:
Fax Receive and Relay £0.50p

Send out brochures and mailing materials

Take specific action following a particular type of call
